Legal Fee Agreements

The Boyle Law Firm offers a variety of legal fee agreements including contingency fee agreements, hourly fee agreements or a hybrid of both. A Contingency Fee is determined as a percentage of the client’s recovery. This is the agreement where the attorney advances the costs of prosecuting the claims and do not get paid unless you recover on your claims. In personal injury cases, the industry standard is generally between 33.333% and 40% of the gross recovery.
